At carveswimwear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit www.carveswimwear.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Certain items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
